Living Rosary for Peace in Ukraine!

Dear all,
We share with you this initiative from a leader of the Polish Association to pray a Living Rosary for Peace in Ukraine. Feel free to spread this message and organise a living Rosary with your association/group/clan/fire/troop/company/wolfpack etc. !
"The communal prayer in the Scout Living Rosary Groups in its origins was to connect the Wayfarer Guides, the Rovers, the Pastors, the Girl Guides, the Boy Scouts, the Wolvets and the Wolf Cubs in effort to pray for the peace in the Ukraine.
The principle of the Group is that 20 people pray with one mystery of the Rosary everyday. With that, together they say the whole Rosary everyday. In our Groups there are 2 additional people who pray with the mysteries chosen by themselves. It's some sort of insurance in case that someone doesn't succeed to say his one during the day.
The inspiration came to after spending the night at the point of the temporal accommodation for 1.000 Ukrainian refugees in Warsaw. I knew, how much we were doing, yet somewhere was lacking the good beginning (whatever you do, start with the prayer!), something that would allow us to leave the spots of our service while still being a real help for the others. I also noticed that in this way we can strengthen ourselves and those who help.
Therefore those intentions have been chosen:
For Peace in Ukraine
For the Wayfarer Guides, the Rovers, the Girl Guides, the Boy Scouts, the Wolvets and the Wolf Cubs, Benefactors and Friends of the FSE all around the world.
For all the scouts currently at the service and their works.
For the Sister or the Brother from your pair.
Also, it's easier to pray if we have specific target, rules and prayer. I also wanted it to have a strong scout accent, therefore those rules were adopted:
1. We pray with one specific decade of the Rosary.
2. To our prayer, we add also the Prayer of the Scout by St. Ignatius Loyola:
Dearest Lord,
teach me to be generous;
teach me to serve You as You deserve;
to give and not to count the cost,
to fight and not to heed the wounds,
to toil and not to seek for rest,
to labour and not to ask for reward
save that of knowing I am doing Your Will. Amen.
We add also: "Saint (patron of your clan or guides' fire), pray for us".
3. We are divided in pairs, to pray especially for the person of our pair, to help each other in service and on the road to the sanctity.
4. The persons chosen as the 'insurance' pray with one decade, chosen by themselves. Sometimes due to the service or tireness we forget, or fall asleep too early. Don't panic, as those 2 persons pray 'instead of us' in such case. Yet let's do everything not to forget our duty!
Usually, when God gives us the inspiration, he gives us also the possibility to accomplish it. I was wondering if I were able to pray with one more decade a day. After I recognised it, I created a post on Polish scouts' Facebook group and first Living Rosary Group was formed in few hours. It was - and is - for me a confirmation that it wasn't just my idea.
At the moment there are 2 groups, with some people willing to form the third one.
Best wishes,
Łukasz Czajka
Leader of 17th Warsaw FSE Group of Saint Joseph"
